Stem Cells and Republicans

Hi folks,

Sorry for the lack of posting recently, but we're in crunch mode as we prepare for the convention this weekend. We'll try to get a couple more in.

In the meantime, here's an interesting article from today's Weymouth Town Online. It appears that the stem cell issue might be causing a rift between Republican state legislators and some of their base.

Where is the feedback about the convention?
Where do delegates get to express their opinion about the inspiring speeches made by Kennedy, Dean and Patrick?
Where do we get to express our outrage at having been blocked from discussing or voting on, in a meaningful way, the charter amendments?
Until the end, I thought there was real hope for the party - at last a convention worth attending. I left feeling angry, used and excluded.

Diane, the people in my delegation left feeling pretty much the same way. I really hope the party will address this.

I figured there would be something on the blog about the convention by now.
